The low level of the Vistula River uncovered precious stone treasures. The elements which are in the best state lay in sand and silt. They are almost in perfect condition, although they have been lying there since 1655.

We are pleased to announce that Świat Kamienia has already received first applications which are going to compete for the main prize in the prestigious Kamień 2013 competition. Only the objects which were built with a significant use of natural stone may compete for the ?Kariatyda? (Caryatid) statuette. The projects must have been built or designed by Polish companies and must have been finished or will have been finished in the period of 1 August 2011 to 31 July 2013.
