Architects from Instytut Dizajnu (design institute) along with representatives of Geopark have designed a concept of Wietrznia land development. According to the submitted project, the former quarry in Kielce might change into a knowledge triangle.
The monument will be made of two types of sandstone. On the inclined plate made of light beige stone there will be a smaller panel made of white material. In the central part of the obelisk there will be a military eagle made of bronze and an inscription. 
On 20 April JWP law firm hosted another workshop for graphics, designers, creators of visual identification as well as representatives of marketing, advertising and branding agencies. The workshops were devoted to industrial design protection.

This huge monument made of sandstone has been discovered in the slum of Cairo, under the deep layer of mud and ground. The bust, lower parts of the head, the crown – the remains of this ancient statue prove that the sculpture was nearly 8 metres high.

The remains of a stone-paved square were found by workers who are renovating Agia Sofia railway station in Thessaloniki. This archaeological finding is unique, as a similar example of urban architecture had been found only in Jordan. 
Construction works of the Cultural and Spiritual Russian Orthodox Centre are slowly coming to an end. The facade of the centre was covered with white limestone whilst granite and limestone were used inside the Holy Trinity church.
In early April we have learnt with great regret of the passing of Antonis Sotiriou, the owner of Athena Marmor company from Warsaw. He has been Świat Kamienia friend for 17 years. He supported our initiatives, like, for example, laying stone mosaic tiles by kids.
