The legendary stone company has opened its branch in Wrocław again. The descendants of Carl Thust wanted this way to refer to the tradition of the company which has been connected with Wrocław for ages.

The company was established in 1819 in Gnadenfrei (present day Piława Górna). A 15-year-old Carl Christian Thust was its founder. A small stone company with time turned into a prosperous company. After the end of the Second World War Thust Manufaktum was moved to present day Germany. First it was located in Frankfurt am Main, and after the country united the seat of the company was moved to Merseburg. Recently the branch of the Thust company has been moved to Wrocław again. We can find it near the Old Jewish Cemetery, because many pieces of art made by the company can be found in this cemetery.
